The NHL has released the full 2026-27 season schedule, including the Nashville Predators‘ full slate of 84 games.
This is the first NHL season featuring an 84-game schedule, up from 82 games in previous years.
Nashville will begin its season on Oct. 1, hosting the Minnesota Wild at Bridgestone Arena. Then the Predators will host the Dallas Stars on Oct. 3 and travel to play the Toronto Maple Leafs (Oct. 6), Montreal Canadiens (Oct. 8), and Ottawa Senators (Oct. 10).
The Predators will play nine of their first 14 games at home to start the season, including the Vegas Golden Knights (Oct. 13), San Jose Sharks (Oct. 15), St. Louis Blues (Oct. 17), Colorado Avalanche (Oct. 25), New York Islanders ( Oct. 27), Washington Capitals (Oct. 29), and Tampa Bay Lightning (Oct. 31).
In November and December, the Predators will play a heavy road schedule, with 16 of their 26 games on the road. That includes a visit to the defending Western Conference champion Golden Knights on Nov. 13.
The Predators have a tough start to the 2027 calendar year. They start by hosting the two-time Cup champion Florida Panthers on Jan. 1, then visiting the defending Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes on Jan. 2.
In February and March, the Predators return home for several key matchups around what is usually the NHL’s trade deadline. A six-game home stretch starting late February features games against the Winnipeg Jets (Feb. 23), Edmonton Oilers (Feb. 25), Los Angeles Kings (Feb. 27), Avalanche (March 2), Utah Mammoth (March 4), and Wild (March 6).
The Predators will conclude the season with five games in April, and host the season finale against the Dallas Stars on April 10.
