Michigan State hockey got a massive boost when they learned that Tommy Bleyl would be joining the roster in 2026-27. Bleyl, recently selected as the No. 31 pick in the first round of the 2026 NHL Entry Draft by the Nashville Predators, is another big piece to a loaded MSU roster.
Bleyl, now competing at the Predators development camp, is with former Predators first round pick and current Spartan Ryker Lee. Lee, in a recent interview, talked about Bleyl joining the Spartans for the upcoming season and what that means for the team.
Lee took no credit for Bleyl committing to MSU, but did not hold back a smile when talking about his future Predator teammate.
