President Trump announces ‘biggest oil deal in world history’

President Trump says the U.S. has entered into a deal with Venezuela to take control of 65 billion barrels of oil “at no cost to the American taxpayer.” Secretary Marco Rubio also claiming this deal a “huge win for both the American and Venezuelan people.”
