Shooting at Seattle Food Festival Leaves at Least 3 Dead

At least three people were killed and four others were injured when a gunman opened fire at a popular food festival near the Space Needle in Seattle Sunday night. One suspect is in custody another is being sought after fleeing the scene. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports for TODAY.
