The paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) targeted the electricity substation in the city of Al Dabbah in Sudan’s Northern State, Sudanese authorities said on Wednesday. Al Dabbah Security Committee said in a statement that the city’s electricity substation had been targeted by the rebel RSF militia, causing a fire at the facility. One security guard suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. The statement said the attack was “systematic” and aimed at civilian infrastructure and essential services used by ordinary people in their daily lives.
