In Portland’s victory, the 6-foot-4 center led the team offensively with 17 points on 7 for 11 shooting, 2 for 4 from 3-point land, and 1 for 1 at the free throw line, to go along with four rebounds, one assist, and one block in 27 minutes of action.

The milestone moment for Gustafson also comes on the heels of surpassing 500 career rebounds, a mark she reached on July 9 against Las Vegas.

All together, Gustafson’s breakout season with Portland has her averaging 12.1 points on 54.8% shooting, 40.6% from 3-point range, and 84.2% at the charity stripe, alongside 3.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 22:30 of playing time across 23 games.
Up next for Gustafson and the Fire will be a game against the Connecticut Sun (5-18) on Tuesday, July 14, with tipoff scheduled for 10 a.m. at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
