Police say a 14-year-old boy set to appear before the children’s court at Waterval outside Louis Trichardt, Limpopo, he is accused of raping and impregnating a 13-year-old fellow relative.
Report say the two were staying together at their grandmother’s home in a village outside Elim.
The incidents of alleged sexual assault allegedly started around February this year and the matter will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Child Justice Act.
