Kaila Charles hit a crucial 3-pointer with 1:05 remaining in the fourth quarter, helping the Golden Stale Valkyries to an 88-83 win over the Atlanta Dream on Saturday.
Charles also gained possession on two loose balls in the final minute of play, getting a jump ball from Veronica Burton then grabbing a rebound on a missed Rhyne Howard 3-point attempt. She hit two free throws with 6.5 seconds left to clinch the victory.
