The Tennessee Titans won’t play meaningful football for a little over two months.
When they do, what games will fans look forward to the most?
Brief reminder: The Tennessee Titans are coming off two consecutive 3-14 seasons. That led to back-to-back NFL draft picks in the top five. However, a new coaching staff, key free agent signings and 2026 draft picks are expected to make an impact on a team trying to improve on its win total.
Here are our five games Tennessee Titans fans should be most excited for in 2026:
1. Titans at Baltimore Ravens, Week 4
Noon, Oct. 4 (CBS)
The last time these two teams played, Derrick Henry was 29 years old and still a Tennessee Titan. How things have changed. Henry is now entering his third season as a Baltimore Raven. The Titans face a more refined version of the two-time MVP Lamar Jackson than the one they saw in 2023. It will also have to contain Henry, 32, who still has the power and explosiveness to rip off a breakaway run. That will be a big test for the Titans’ revamped defensive line, led by Jeffery Simmons with newcomers John Franklin-Myers and Jermaine Johnson II.
A HISTORIC DAY FOR DERRICK HENRY:
👑 216 rushing yards
👑 4 touchdowns
👑 Moved to No. 4 all-time in rushing TDs
👑 Cracked the Top 10 in career rushing yards

2. Titans at New York Giants, Week 3
Noon, Sept. 27 (CBS)
Brian Daboll is returning to MetLife. Daboll, now the Titans offensive coordinator, spent four seasons as the Giants coach. He won a playoff game in 2022 and finished 20-41-1 before he was fired in 2025. His return to the place where he was fired should give Titans players added motivation. He’ll have former players at his disposal after the Titans signed receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, center Austin Schlottmann, tight end Daniel Bellinger and cornerback Cor’Dale Flott in free agency. And then there is former Titans head coach Brian Callahan, now the Giants QB coach. Callahan was fired by the Titans in 2025 after 23 games where he went 4-19.
3. Titans vs Philadelphia Eagles, Week 2
Noon, Sept. 20 (FOX)
If only A.J. Brown were still here. Brown, who was drafted by the Titans and played 2019-2021, is now with the New England Patriots and former Titans coach Mike Vrabel. The Eagles are 0-3 at Nissan Stadium since 1999. Two of three games were decided by 3 points, the other by 18 points. The Titans will hope to continue that streak continues against the Eagles and first-year offensive coordinator Sean Mannion and rookie wide receiver Makai Lemon.
That was awesome. I loved seeing all those Eagles fans leave pissed off. It was amazing. One of my favorites at Nissan Stadium for sure.

4. Titans vs Dallas Cowboys, Week 11
Noon, Nov. 22 (FOX)
The Titans have zero prime time games scheduled in 2026. This matchup might be the next closest thing. The national attention the Cowboys bring to any game is undeniable. Dallas beat Tennessee 27-13 in their previous matchup on Dec. 29, 2022. This time, both teams’ receiver groups are intriguing. CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens should lead the Cowboys passing attack while the Titans have rookie Carnell Tate along with Robinson and Calvin Ridley.
5. Titans vs Colts, Week 15
Noon, Dec. 20 (CBS)
The Colts have beaten the Titans six straight times. Let that sink in. And in 2025, the Titans were outscored 79-34 in those two games. Ouch. Second-year QB Cam Ward and the Titans will need to punch back. The Colts haven’t drastically changed their roster this offseason. Daniel Jones is still at quarterback. But if the Titans defense can’t stop three-time Pro Bowler Jonathan Taylor, it won’t matter. He’s ran for 473 yards over the past three games against the Titans.
