With the FIFA World Cup now done and dusted, Bafana Bafana will focus on their next journey to attempt to qualify for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania.
The team arrived at the OR Tambo International Airport early on Thursday morning after reaching the knockout stage for the very first time in the FIFA World Cup before bowing out to co-hosts, Canada.

Bafana coach Hugo Broos has lauded South Africans who came out in droves this morning to welcome the team back home.
Hundreds of excited fans gathered at the O.R. Tambo International Airport to greet the team.
Broos says he is impressed with the reception the team received.
