The NFL and quarterback Brendan Sorsby have settled their dispute over the league’s decision to not hold a supplemental draft this year that would have allowed Sorsby to join the league, NFL Network reports.
Per the report, Sorsby will be eligible to join the league via the 2027 NFL Draft, and there will be no further discipline from the league for Sorsby pertaining to the gambling issues that resulted in the premature end of his college career.
Sorsby released as statement corresponding with the report.
