North West businessman Brown Mogotsi says he is prepared to return to the Madlanga Commission if new evidence presented before the inquiry requires him to respond.
This comes after reports that suspended Crime Intelligence boss Feroz Khan was expected to file an affidavit detailing, among other issues, his alleged relationship with Mogotsi.
The developments also follow an alleged assassination attempt on Khan’s life on Sunday night.
Mogotsi’s lawyer Makau Sekgatja says they will first study Khan’s affidavit before deciding on the next course of action.
“We have not had sight of the affidavit of General Feroz Khan and once we have sight of that particular affidavit, if there is anything that our client needs to respond to, we will definitely take instructions, and if needs be, he will have to go and answer in relation to those particular allegations.”
