The Indiana Fever are without superstar guard Caitlin Clark on Saturday night at home against the Los Angeles Sparks with a back injury sustained on Wednesday night.
When will she return to the team and play again?

Unfortunately, Fever coach Stephanie White told reporters on Friday that there is “no indication” on how when Clark will be able to return to basketball activities. The team has a week off for the Commissioner’s Cup hiatus before a Sunday, July 5, game against the Las Vegas Aces. It’s possible Clark could return by then.
However, without a set timetable, it’s also possible she misses substantial time for Indiana for the second season.
Stephanie White on Caitlin Clark (back):
“She’s doing alright… no indication (on how long she’s out). It’s a good time because we have all week next week, so we’ll take this opportunity to get her treatment.”

We’ll see just how long Clark is out with her back ailment and if she’s able to return sooner than later. The last time she missed a game in May for a back issue, she returned a few days later.
What game did Clark miss?
She missed the team’s home win against the Portland Fire in May.
