It’s been 20 years since the Chicago Bears won back-to-back division titles, and the latest odds from our partners at FanDuel Sportsbook don’t favor that happening this season. They have the Detroit Lions as the favorite to win the NFC North at +145, followed by the Green Bay Packers at +260, then the Bears at +320, with the Minnesota Vikings being the long shot at +500.
We asked you guys earlier this week which team posed the biggest threat to the Bears repeating as division champs, and you agreed with FanDuel, as 66% of you chose Detroit.
The Lions may be coming off a fourth-place finish in 2025, but they were the only NFC North foe to sweep the Bears, and they won the division in 2024 and 2023.

With former Lions coordinator, now current Bears’ head coach, Ben Johnson, manning the ship in the Windy City, and his good friend Dan Campbell still head coach in Motown, this matchup will have some extra spice over the next several seasons.
The NFC North is the toughest top-to-bottom division in football, and while I believe the Bears can repeat, I would not be surprised if any of them come out on top. All four are good, but each has some question marks.
Our guy Aaron Leming did a deep dive into the division with a recent series of articles, and you can check them out at the links below.
