Disbarred lawyer and fraud accused Peet Viljoen is expected to appear in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Friday for a bail application.
Viljoen faces several charges, including 400 counts of fraud, forgery and corruption.
This is in relation to the alleged fraudulent sale of properties belonging to the Johannesburg Property Company in 2010.
Peet Viljoen has arrived in court. The 57-year-old was arrested by the Hawks on Tuesday, he is facing allegations of fraud, theft, forgery, and contravention of the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act.

Viljoen was arrested at the OR Tambo International Airport last week upon his arrival from the United States.
The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation, the Hawks, says more suspects are expected to be arrested soon in the R27 million fraud case.
The state believes that Viljoen helped facilitate the fraudulent sale of at least 46 properties. He remains in the Kgosi Mampuru prison in Pretoria.
