The Denver Broncos are increasing their efforts to impact the state of Colorado at large to help grow the game of football.
In a press release on Wednesday, the Denver Broncos Foundation announced a partnership with Every Kid Sports and Good Sports, launching the ALL IN. ALL COVERED. Statewide Youth Football Participation Program, which will be a branch of the team’s award-winning helmet initiative.
“Over the course of five years (2026-’30) the program will aim to reduce financial barriers to play by providing financial support and essential equipment to increase youth participation in tackle and flag football,” the release read. “The Foundation will fund registration fees for underserved youth through Every Kid Sports, while increasing access to both individual and shared team equipment through Good Sports. The program aims to serve more than 17,000 youth across Colorado, using football as a pathway to drive equitable access and sustained participation in sport.”
The Broncos‘ impact on Colorado football began with the ALL IN. ALL COVERED. helmet program, spearheading safer helmets in high school tackle football, which began in 2025. The expansion of the initial program will impact those seeking an introduction to football, through alleviating financial burdens and finding suitable equipment for both flag football and tackle football. The inclusion of flag football in this new initiative is significant, as the NFL and individual teams capitalize on the international phenomenon ahead of the sports’ debut in the 2028 Summer Olympics. The NFL has also used flag football at the Pro Bowl since 2023.
Hall of Famer Peyton Manning has been involved in the helmet program, and recently made a splash by investing in the growth of a new men’s and women’s flag football league in early March.
The Broncos continue to show the state of Colorado they are serious about football getting better, both on the field, and in the community.
