
Palestinians gathered outside Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City on Tuesday, to protest what they said were Israeli violations of the ceasefire that took effect on Oct. 10, 2025, following a call by national and Islamic groups. Demonstrators held a rally condemning the alleged breaches and calling for the ceasefire to be upheld. During the demonstration, attended by relatives of those killed and representatives of human rights organizations, speakers said that more than 1,000 Palestinians had been killed in attacks since the ceasefire was declared. The protesters called on the international community and human rights groups to take action to stop ceasefire violations and protect civilians.
