Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) Leader Julius Malema says President Cyril Ramaphosa has brought disgrace upon the Presidency through the Phala Phala scandal.
Malema, who addressed thousands of party supporters and members at the EFF’s June 16 Rally at the Union Building in Pretoria, earlier Tuesday, says the President will not stop the work of the impeachment committee in Parliament.
Last Friday, the President filed an urgent application in the Western Cape High Court to interdict Parliament’s impeachment committee from beginning its inquiry into the 2020 Phala Phala farm robbery. The matter is set to be heard on the 15th and 16th of July.

“Ramaphosa has brought a shame into the Union Buildings. The African National Congress (ANC) has brought a shame into the Union Buildings. They must leave, and they must leave now,” says Malema.
He says they are in Parliament in the impeachment committee and they are going to remove Ramaphosa.
“When he tried to interdict, we opposed. We are going to court again with him. He will never stop that process,” adds Malema.
