Last season, the Pittsburgh Steelers ranked 15th in points scored and 25th in yards of offense. This is despite the offseason additions of quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver DK Metcalf. When you look at the numbers, the saving grace of the Steelers offense was the play of a very young offensive line as well as a tandem of quality running backs.
Pro Football Focus graded out every Steelers player for the season and nine players on offense finished 2025 with a 70 or higher. Only one player, running back Jaylen Warren, had a grade of 80 or higher. Here are the nine highest-graded offensive players from 2025.
1 – RB Jaylen Warren – 81.0
Could lose his starting job this year despite being the team’s top returning running back.
2 – OT Dylan Cook – 77.4
Parlayed a strong season as a part-time starter into the early lead to be the starting right guard this season.
3 – FB Connor Heyward – 74.3
Barely played but just enough to qualify and is now playing for the Las Vegas Raiders.
4 – C Zach Frazier – 73.8
One of the best young centers in the entire NFL. His quality of play was better than this grade.
5 – G Isaac Seumalo – 73.3
Veteran who dealt with injuries and left in free agency.
6 – G Mason McCormick – 72.9
Like Fraizer, one of the best young guys at his position.
7 – RB Kenneth Gainwell – 72.6
Team MVP, he turned his success into a free-agent contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
8 – WR D.K. Metcalf – 71.1
Underwhelming performance as the team’s No. 1 receiver with just 59 receptions.
9 – TE Darnell Washington – 71.0
Fan favorite, he turned a solid season into a big contract extension this offseason.
