The case of the seven accused in the killing of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane will continue in the High Court in Durban on Thursday.
It will be the first time all seven accused will appear together since the extradition of brothers Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande from eSwatini.
The pair will join their five co-accused Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindani Ndimande, Siyanda Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Ndimande.
The accused face charges including double murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and attempted murder.
Forbes and Motsoane were gunned down in an alleged hit outside a restaurant in Durban in 2023.
