The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has confirmed that taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni will be back in the Kwaggafontein Magistrate’s Court in Mpumalanga on Friday.
He will appear alongside his fellow taxi tycoon Bafana Sindane.
The two are accused of money laundering and extortion amounting to more than R2 million.
The case was struck off the roll this month after the state prosecutor, Adv Mkhuseli Ntaba, did not show up in court.
Ndaba has been suspended pending an internal investigation.
