The murder case of media personality Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock has been transferred to the Johannesburg High Court, where a pre-trial hearing is set for June 18.
The alleged shooter, Armindo Pacula, and the alleged orchestrator of the killing, Victor Majola, appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday. Both face charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder and have been remanded in custody.
Stock was shot and killed in the Johannesburg CBD in December 2025.
State Prosecutor Vincent Mochabela confirmed the matter was ready to proceed to the High Court.
“Our investigations are complete in terms of section 75. The matter is transferred to the Johannesburg High Court. The indictments — the indictments have been served,” Mochabela said. – Reporting by Thato Letsaba
