Norwich City defender Jose Cordoba has been picked in Panama’s squad for this summer’s World Cup.
Cordoba, 24, who joined the Canaries in 2024 and played 30 times this season, is the only UK-based player among the 26-strong squad.
Panama are in Group L with England – who they meet in New Jersey on 27 June – Croatia and Ghana.
They are making their second appearance at the tournament, having qualified for Russia in 2018 when they were also in England’s group, exiting without winning a point.
