Another Divisional Round for the Houston Texans in the NFL Playoffs, and another loss for the third straight year. Texans fans are growing frustrated with C.J. Stroud in games that matter most.
One of Stroud’s strongest qualities is the ability not turn the ball over very often, at least during the regular season. This year, he had only 10 turnovers. In the AFC Divisional Round Playoff game against the New England Patriots, Stroud turned it over several times, including four interceptions, for a total of five so far in the two games the Texans have played this postseason.
Stroud has become the first player in NFL history to total five interceptions and five fumbles in a single postseason. Groans from Texans fans have surfaced on social media, and some feel they cannot get over the hump as the only team in the NFL never to have played in a conference championship game.
Houston will have a tall task in the offseason to figure out how to get Stroud back to the level of confidence he showed as a rookie.

They didn’t want to admit it initially but now even Ohio State fans agree that CJ Stroud just can’t handle the big stage games at any level.
