Kevin Stefanski took the Atlanta Falcons head coaching job on Saturday night and he’s already started putting together his staff. According to NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo, the Falcons are expected to hire Bill Callahan as their offensive line coach.
While nothing is official just yet, the addition of Callahan would likely mean the end of run game coordinator/offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford’s time in Atlanta. Callahan spent the last two years as the Tennessee Titans offensive line coach and held the same role in Cleveland when he worked with Stefanski from 2020-2023.
The Falcons are expected to keep defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich in place. Tommy Rees is expected to join the staff as Atlanta’s offensive coordinator.
Bill Callahan to Atlanta will make #Falcons run-game coordinator/OL coach Dwayne Ledford a free agent. Expect significant interest in him elsewhere. https://t.co/DjDgBXsoM0
