Finally finding the net yesterday against Manchester City, Rodrygo sent a heartfelt message of support to Xabi Alonso at Real Madrid.

At Real Madrid, the players are standing together with their coach, Xabi Alonso. But just like Thibaut Courtois, Rodrygo has also voiced his support for Xabi Alonso, who is now under more pressure than ever after the defeat to Manchester City (1-2) on Wednesday in the Champions League.

“The hug after my goal? It’s a difficult moment for the players and for everyone, and I wanted to show that we are with our coach. Many of the things being said are lies. We need unity to move forward and get results,” the Brazilian winger told Movistar +.
