For the entirety of the offseason, general manager Mike Borgonzi has been busy overhauling the Tennessee Titans organization in an attempt to change the culture within the team facility.
With a new coaching staff led by Robert Saleh, an upgraded roster, and a complete organizational rebrand, things will look completely different for the Titans in 2026. But the changes did not stop there; the Titans also overhauled their inner-organization football staff and scouting department, and those changes continued on Friday.
Titans announced three new hires:
-Bennie Contrino: Director of Strategy & Analytics
-Jonathan Gress: Director of Rehabilitation & Reconditioning
-Charron Sumler: Director of Mental Wellness & Performance— Buck Reising (@BuckReising) July 3, 2026
The Titans announced the hiring of Bennie Contrino (Director of Strategy & Analytics), Jonathan Gress (Director of Rehabilitation & Reconditioning), and Charron Sumler (Director of Mental Wellness & Performance) to join the revamped football operations staff.
The announcement comes just weeks before the start of training camp and should allow the new hires to become familiar with their roles before rookies report on July 23 and the veterans on July 28.
