A mass attack by Israeli settlers on a Palestinian village in the occupied West Bank has placed new focus on the emergence of a generation of radicals in the territory.
A loosely connected movement of hardline Israeli settlers, most of them young and including school dropouts from outside the West Bank, known as the “Hilltop Youth”, is behind the surging violence against Palestinians.
