BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing continues to expand its roster both inside and outside the ring.
Not long after signing boxing superstars Victor Ortiz and Alfredo Angulo, who debut as part of the BKB 56 fight card this weekend in Los Angeles, the promotion also named Global Sports Executive Loren Mack its new Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy.
Mack, who started with UFC before transitioning to the executive leadership team at ONE Championship, most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for Professional Fighters League (PFL), which continues to experience turnover at the leadership level.
“BKB has achieved extraordinary growth over the past several years, and we’re assembling an executive team capable of taking the organization to the next level,” said David Tetreault, Chief Executive Officer of BKB. “Loren brings a rare combination of strategic vision, marketing expertise, commercial leadership, and deep industry relationships developed over more than two decades in sports. His experience building global brands and driving business growth will be invaluable as we continue expanding our audience, strengthening our partnerships, and continue to bring BKB to millions of fans around the world.”
Mack will oversee BKB global brand strategy, audience and content growth, broadcast and streaming marketing, live event demand generation, and the marketing strategy supporting the organization’s sponsorship and partnership portfolio. As a member of the senior leadership team, he will help shape BKB’s enterprise and corporate strategy while playing a key role in driving the organization’s long-term growth and value.
“I’ve been fortunate to be part of some incredible organizations throughout my career, but I truly believe this represents the biggest opportunity in combat sports today,” said Mack. “BKB has incredible momentum and has established itself as the largest and most-watched bare knuckle boxing organization in the world. I’m excited to help continue to elevate the brand, expand its global footprint, develop new business opportunities, and introduce BKB to millions of new fans around the world.”
