Olivia Dunne continues to be one of the most recognizable faces in sports, and she made another memorable appearance Tuesday night while supporting boyfriend Paul Skenes at the 2026 MLB All-Star Game. The former LSU gymnastics star accompanied the Pittsburgh Pirates ace to the annual Midsummer Classic in Philadelphia, where the couple drew plenty of attention during the All-Star red carpet festivities before the game.
Skenes, meanwhile, had plenty to celebrate himself. The reigning National League Cy Young Award winner earned his third consecutive All-Star selection after another standout first half. Despite an 8-8 record entering the break, the Pirates right-hander posted a 3.57 ERA with 130 strikeouts, remaining one of baseball’s premier starting pitchers.
As Skenes prepared for another All-Star appearance, Dunne was right by his side.

Before players took the field, Skenes and Dunne walked the red carpet together, quickly becoming one of the night’s most talked-about couples. Dunne wore a sleek black-and-white dress that generated widespread reaction across social media, with fans praising her elegant look. Major League Baseball also highlighted the pair’s arrival by sharing video of the couple on its official social media accounts.

The appearance continued a familiar trend for Dunne, who has regularly supported Skenes throughout his professional baseball career after the two first met while attending LSU.
Ahead of Skenes’ major league debut, Dunne spoke about what it’s like watching one of baseball’s hardest throwers compete from the stands.
“I always say, it’s way harder to be the person in the stands watching because I’m not in control,” Dunne previously said. “I can’t control—I don’t know how to throw a 100-mile fastball, but it’s hard to have no control. Especially with gymnastics when you’re just watching. But I know he’s got this and I just have a lot of confidence in him.”
That confidence has been rewarded as Skenes has rapidly developed into one of the biggest stars in the sport.

Dunne’s career continues to reach new heights
Although Dunne built her fame as one of the most accomplished gymnasts of the NIL era, her career has continued to expand well beyond athletics.
After appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit in 2025, Dunne is preparing for her acting debut in FOX’s upcoming “Baywatch” reboot. She is set to play Grace, an enthusiastic junior lifeguard, adding another chapter to her growing career in entertainment.
Her influence has extended beyond television as well. Sports Illustrated Swimsuit editor-in-chief MJ Day previously praised Dunne for helping reshape opportunities for college athletes through name, image and likeness, calling her one of the pioneers of the NIL movement. Even with an increasingly busy schedule, Dunne continues to make time for some of baseball’s biggest moments alongside Skenes.
Tuesday’s All-Star Game offered another reminder that whenever Skenes takes center stage, Dunne is often there to support him, and together they remain one of the most recognizable couples in the sports world.
