A Michigan State football edge rusher is heading back to the transfer portal.
Spartans edge rusher Tyler Gillison will reportedly enter the transfer portal when it officially opens next month, according to Matt Zenitz of 247Sports. Gillison has been at Michigan State for the last two seasons after starting his career at Cincinnati.
Gillison appeared in nine gams this past season for the Spartans. He recorded two tackles during his time with the Spartans.
The transfer portal will officially open on January 2.
